When Canada Post decided it needed a retail point-of-sale system, they turned to bitHeads to supply the development expertise.  bitHeads was called back 10 years later to develop the next generation solution.  The application has since been deployed in over 9,500 corporate and franchise outlets in Canada.  However, it was so successful; it went International shortly after the initial launch and is now the standard postal solution in several countries.

Canada's leading provider of healthcare liability insurance, had a paper-based system for health-care facilities to examine and document their processes and discover their vulnerability to risk. HIROC had an overwhelming practical need to automate the process, and they turned to bitHeads for help.

The result:  bitHeads developed a web-based Risk Management Self Appraisal Modules (RMSAM) system that has received rave reviews from HIROC and user facilities.

To accelerate their market development, Nakina needed to create a suite of customized adapters for network elements, and contracted bitHeads to do the development.

The result:  bitHeads has developed adapters for over 30 network elements, allowing Nakina to continue the quick growth of its client base.

bitHeads developed the eLearning solution, ‘MOREOB’; a comprehensive, patient safety, professional development, and performance improvement program for caregivers and administrators in hospital obstetrics units.

The MOREOB program has been successfully deployed across Canada and is now offered by Salus Global Corporation across the globe. Subsequently, SOGC contracted bitHeads to develop software for its Continuing Professional Development program (CPD), which it offers under accreditation from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
